One thing that I really like about Giniling is the fact that it’s so easy to cook
yet very tasty and appetizing.
Ingredients
1 Lb. of Lean ground beef
1 large Potato (Diced)
1 Large Carrots (diced)
½ Cup green peas
½ Red bell pepper (diced)
1 onion diced
3 Gloves of garlic smashed
2 Tbs. of
cooking oil
3 Tbs. Soy sauce
½ Red bell pepper diced
½ Tsp. Ground black pepper
½ Piece beef cube.
Pinch of salt if necessary
Cooking Process
1. Sauté garlic and onion in a large pan until golden
brown.
2. Add the ground beef and simmer for 6 minutes.
3. Add the ground black pepper, 1/2 piece beef cube,
soy sauce, potato, and carrots.
4. Stir and simmer on medium low heat for 11 minutes. (Add
salt if necessary)
5. Add the bell peppers and green peas (cook for an
additional 2 minutes).
Serve hot!
