Our last destination stop In Ilocos Sur was in The Historic City of Vigan where we visited the famous Calle Crisologo and Governor Singson's Baluarte.
Calle Crisologo a prominent UNESCO World Heritage site gives us a glimpse to the elite lifestyle of the Ilustrados in Spanish era. What I really like about Calle Crisologo is that it’s very vibrant and dynamic; its charm is never out-dated.
Baluarte is owned by the province's most prominent politician Luis Crisologo Singson. This 80 hectares Zoo is one of its kind here in the Philippines for you don’t have to pay any entrance fee just to get into this Zoo. Isn't that amazing? The exiting adventures in Baluarte will definitely make your Ilocos Sur escapade complete and worth-it.
After our short sojourn in Ilocus Sur, we headed right away to its neighboring province of Ilocos Norte.
Here are some Photos from our trip in Northern Ilocos.
