
Ingredients
1/2 piece of pork cube
760 g. of pork spare ribs
1 cup. of pineapple chunks
1 cup. of pineapple juice
3 tbsps. of tomato paste
3 tbsps. of tomato ketchup
4-5 garlic gloves (minced)
1 whole onion (diced)
1 carrot
1 tbsp. of sugar
4 tbsps. of vinegar
2 tbsp. of corn starch (disolved in watter)
Cooking oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure
1. Marinade the pork spare ribs with 1 tbsp. of salt
and 1 tbsp. of ground black pepper.
2. In large pan pour and fry the seasoned spare ribs
(Until golden brown)
3. Pour off the cooking oil
4. Add a tablespoonful of tomato paste, tomato ketchup
and Return the pan to heat
5. Add the 1/2 piece of pork cube and the sugar.
6. Add the vinegar, pineapple juice and 1 1/2 cup of
water. (Simmer for 40 mins)
7. Add the carrot slices, pineapple chunks, minced
garlic and sliced onion.
8. Add the 4
tbsp. of corn starch (Dissolved in water)
