
INGREDIENTS
Odong or Udon Noodles
1 cup minced white onions
8 garlic cloves minced
1/2 lbs ground beef
1/2 lbs hotdog sliced diagonally
4 tbsps sugar
Original blend spaghetti sauce
1/2 small bottle banana ketchup
1/2 piece beef cube
Salt and pepper to taste
Quick melting cheese to garnish
COOKING PROCEDURE
1. Rinse the Odong or Udon Noodles in a
clean water then let the sit on a container.
2. In a large pan, Sauté garlic and onions.
3. Add the ground beef, sugar, beef cube
and the spaghetti sauce (Cook till brownish)
4. Let simmer for a couple of minutes and
add some salt and pepper (until sauce gets thicker)
5. Add the hotdogs and the ketchup (cook
for about 3 minutes)
6. Add the cooked Odong noodles and garnish
with cheese.
